Konu\u015fmas\u0131nda GAP i\u00e7in bug\u00fcne kadar yap\u0131lan yat\u0131r\u0131mlara ve GAP&#8217; \u0131n getidiklerini ve getireceklerine de de\u011findi. Ak Parti iktidar\u0131ndan \u00f6nce GAP&#8217; ayr\u0131lan \u00f6deneklerle 2002 Ak Parti iktar\u0131nda sa\u011flanan \u00f6denekleri k\u0131yaslayan Ba\u015fak, GAP&#8217; la \u015eanl\u0131urfa ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere b\u00f6lgenin refaha kavu\u015faca\u011f\u0131n\u0131, ekonominin g\u00fc\u00e7lenece\u011fini ve b\u00f6lgede ya\u015fanan sorunlar\u0131n \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fcnde \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli yol al\u0131naca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 vurgulad\u0131.
